Hello avocado! You make my favourite breakfast - avocado on toast topped with a poached egg, nom nom nom! The avocado is also known as an alligator pear. Botanically it is a large berry with a single seed, but is usually treated as a vegetable because of its savoury flavour. My avocado has two halves; one half has a hollow and the other a stone so you can fit them together. My avocado is worked flat on straight single pointed knitting needles. You will need to know how to cast on and off, knit, purl, work increases and decreases. There is some seaming required.
