Materials you need at home:
  • (13) fat eighths of assorted gold-on-gold and gold small print fabrics
  • (9) fat eighths of assorted blue-on-blue and blue small print fabrics
  • (7) fat eighths of assorted red-on-red and red small print fabrics
  • (7) fat eighths of assorted purple-on-purple and purple small print fabrics
  • (3) fat eighths of assorted rust-on-rust and rust small print fabrics
  • (6) fat eighths of assorted green-on-green and green small print fabrics
  • (12) fat eighths of assorted cream-on-cream and cream small print fabrics
  • (2) fat eighths of assorted brown-on-brown and brown small print fabrics
  • (1) fat quarter of black-on-black print fabric
  • 20cm (1/4 yard) each of blue, red, purple, and gold print fabrics for the binding

  • Supplement the fabrics in the requirements list with fabrics from your stash to add visual interest to your quilt.
  • I like to use buttons on my quilts but they aren’t suitable for children under three (3) years of age due to them being a choking hazard. Replace the buttons with appliqué or embroidery when you are making the quilt.
