Dress “Noa” has a comfortable fit – not too loose and not too tight. Its unique highlight is the triangular insert at the front as well as the side pockets which can be sewn in a contrasting fabric. An additional color contrast can be added with contrasting bands at the neck, ends of the sleeves and the hem. The waistband is gathered with a drawstring to perfectly match your shape. The sewing pattern includes the following sizes:

                EU size: 34 – 48 UK size: 8 – 22 US size: 6 – 20

                Contains:

                • Detailed sewing instructions with many photos on 49 pages as a digital e-book (PDF)
                • EU size: 34 – 48 UK size: 8 – 22 US size: 6 – 20
                • Metric Measurement
                • Sewing pattern for printing at home in A4-format (PDF)
                • Sewing pattern for printing at a copyshop or online printer in A0-format (PDF)
                • Many design examples

                Materials you need at home:

Dress “Noa” can be sewn with knitted fabrics like jersey, double knit or sweater knit. The ribbing / bands at the neck, sleeve cuffs and the hem should be made of fairly stretchy material. You can also use the knit fabric that your garment is made out of for your neckband, cuffs and hem. The waistband can be cut from the same fabric as your dress or a more stretchy ribbing fabric.

For the whole dress you will need:

                • fabric 140 cm wide: 2,2 metres - 2.4 yd - 87 inch
                • fabric 110 cm wide: 3 metres - 3.3 yd - 120 inch
                • 2 eyelets with a diameter of 10 mm & eyelet tool
                • a cord in the length of your waist plus 60 cm (with a waist of 60 cm you’d need a cord of 120 cm length)
                • safety pin, tailors chalk or trick marker
                • small remnants of a firm fusable interlining, i.e. H250

Hi there, I’m Julia! Born ‘83 in Germany I now live in East Yorkshire with my husband and our two adorable children. I started sewing when my daughter was born in 2011 and soon began to design my own sewing patterns. Before my „sewing career“ i was working as a freelance graphic- & webdesigner for several years which helps me build my blog and design my patterns. I hope you enjoy my blog and my sewing patterns as well.
