- Pair 3.5mm/UK--/US4 straight needles or size needed to obtain gauge

A soft, gentle Hat using simple lace techniques combined with the short rows and grafting. Ideal for spring and summer, this Hat can be knitted in cotton or silk blend yarns.
Skills required: Knit & purl sts, short rows (w&t), provisional cast-on, Kitchener stitch, basic lace (eyelets)
Gauge: 24 sts x 32 rows to 4in/10cm on 3.5mm needles over St.St.
Fit is determined by row gauge – if your gauge differs, simply work more or fewer panels to achieve the desired size.
