Instructions
Join x16 segments together using 1/2" seam allowance to create a circle skirt Use seam allowance on the last joining pieces to hem for opening Embellish if desired Consider backing your skirt in felt or quilting Bind curved/pointed edges
Small = 3.5m binding Medium = 3.65m binding Large = 4m binding
