What’s this: This is the Huit (…Happily Ever After) crochet shawl.

Why should I make this: At the end of every fairy tale, the protagonists get to walk off into the sunset to live happily ever after. This shawl, which is actually my own wedding shawl, promises just that.

When will this get the most use: Whenever you need an all-day hug!

Who is it for: Just about anyone!

Where do I start: This pattern is rated Intermediate / Advanced Beginner - you’ll need to know or be eager to learn the basic crochet stitches. You will need 250g of fingering weight yarn (used here, Shibui Knits ‘Staccato’) & a 3.5mm hook. Other notions: a yarn needle, and some stitch markers.

Feedback is always welcome & I hope to see your projects! Email:julie.ACCROchet@gmail.com
