Indie is a shorts or skort pattern in jersey for girls available from 2 to 16 years old. The skort is a shorts with a skirt panel on the front, the back keeps the appearance of shorts. The shorts can be sewn with or without pockets. The version without pockets has no side seams. You can sew 3 different versions: shorts without pockets, shorts with pockets or skort (with pockets). The cut is rather close to the body and short. The belt is elasticated for a maximum of comfort, and the drawstring is only decorative (and therefore optional). The Indie pattern can be sewn with a sewing machine or an overlock / coverlock, refer to the special supplies sheet for tips and tricks on how to sew this model. It is essential to use stretch fabric needles for its realization. Indie is a good basic for the summer, ideal for intrepid girls and perfect for sports (tennis, hiking or other...) while remaining stylish and comfortable!
