As with the majority of my designs everything begins with the selection of materials and colours.
I loved this Merino Shetland yarn from the first moment: it’s soft, natural and full of nuances. When I had it in my hands I knew I wanted to do something very geometric and graphic with it.
After trying out various combinations, I found the key. And that’s how the Kala Blanket was born!
This blanket has been designed for the Makevolution magazine for Katia yarns (katia.com) so it has a special format I'm not used to sell. I hope you'll like it and enjoy to crochet it!
