I dedicated this wonderful shawl to Nenya, the ring which is worn by Galadriel, the Lady of the Golden Forrest in J.R.R. Tolkien's world of Middle-Earth.
The intertwined lines, which join into a nice leave edge make it to an absolutely highlight and eyecatcher.
The shawl is knitted top-down, the shape is achieved by regularly increases at the neckside and the middle.
- 9 pages pattern
- written pattern

Materials you need at home:
approx. 700 – 900 meters of fingering or sport weight yarn with 12 – 14 wpi (approx 150 – 250 gr)
a circular needle size 3,0 – 4,0 mm or size to get gauge. Because of the shawl’s finished size at the end, I recommend a rope with at least 120 cm length or a rope system like KnitPro or KnitPicks.
Hi, my name is Michaela, and I live in Germany in Lower Saxony with my husband and my dog Flocke.
I knit and crochet almost my whole live. I was 6 years old when my mom taught me the first stitches and I feel like I have never put the needles aside.
I love to create new looks, I love to see how a knitted or crocheted piece grows with the teamwork of the yarn and my fingers. I want to share my creativity with other knit or chrochet addicted and that is why I create patterns.
All my designs are easy to intermediate to knit or crochet, all patterns are written clearly and easily understandable. They all are tried and tested and the translations are proof-read by a native speaker.
