Lace sock knitting pattern PDF - Ferngully

Ferngully is a cuff down sock pattern featuring lace and some simple cables. A slipped stitch heel flap and gusset decreases on the bottom of the foot give these socks a great fit. The pattern was inspired by one of my favourite movies while growing up: Ferngully, the last rainforest. The combination of the organic looking pattern and gorgeous chartreuse coloured yarn seem to capture its spirit perfectly.
There are 3 sizes available: Small (56 stitches), Medium (64 stitches) and Large (72 stitches).
The pattern is worked at a gauge of 8 stitches and 11 rows = 2.5 cm in stockinette.
You’ll need 70-90 grams of fingering weight sock yarn. Exclusive, limited edition yarn + pattern kits are available in my webshop. These kits include a beautiful skein of sock yarn in the original Ferngully colourway, handdyed by Het Wolbeest.
Other materials required are a set of knitting needles for working small circumferences in the round, a cable needle if you use one for cabling, at least 3 stitch markers, and a tapestry needle.
This pattern contains 6 pages. Basic instructions are 2.5 pages and then there are 3 pages of charts (1 page per size).
