Lust garden - Cross stitch pattern

This gorgeous, neo-romantic counted embroidery pattern is a faithful reproduction of an antique, hand painted chart.

The picture is full of details, such as the lion head fountain, sunset, a wheelbarrow filled with flowers, cherubs, a discreet gardener going about his work, and the six beautiful ladies and flowing Roman style gowns.

Design Area: 285 x 225 stitches

If stitched on 28 ct linen/ 14 ct aida the pattern will measure :

20,3" x 16" / 52 x 41 cm

This pattern is charted for an amazing 110 colors, but it is easy to substitute some of the threads with other colors, or use the same color shade for more than one area.

In the photos you can see a detail of the original hand painted antique chart, and a sample of the chart in colors with symbols.
