Introducing my Moon Landing knitting pattern. My little astronaut has taken a giant leap onto a moon base. With this pattern you can make your own ornament, which includes the astronaut, moon base and flag. This stands at 14.5 cm tall (base plus astronaut). All pieces are knitted flat (back and forth) on a pair of straight single-pointed knitting needles. You will also need to cast on and off, knit, purl, work increases and decreases, and sew seams.
