MY MONSTER is a shirt that has been imaged for you to create your own.
What is the mix of sleeves and collar types I prefer? A minimalist look or lots of flounces and gatherings? Actually, you can hack MY MONSTER in many ways but be sure that you’ll not be creating a monster because all the variants have been designed so that no matter the mix you do, you create a unique and great piece.
To create your own version, you’ll get 3 different types of collar (Mao, Shirt and Gathered) and clear instructions for customizing the blouse.
Maybe you already know about the “sleeve bar”? The pattern includes smocks sleeves, but you can use all the sleeves from the bar available for free on our Makerist store.
The set of patterns is available from size 34 to 46 (FR) / 6 to 18 (UK) corresponding to 32 to 41 ¼ inches for the bust size.
A large variety of fabrics may be used, but preferably somewhat light such as batiste, cotton poplin, but also silk, linen... Do not use thick fabrics as they will not do well with gatherings.
