Pacifier-holder "Paddy Paw" – tutorial with pattern
Paddy Paw is a courageous lion, a friend for all circumstances in life. Depending on how you design its tail, it can be a pacifier holder, a toy or cuddly lion in one. Its funny mane invites babies to feel and look at.
Do you design its paws from different fabrics, little explorers have various materials to sense. And for exciting sounds, sew rustling foil or even a bell in the lion's head.
The embroidered face gives the little guy a friendly expression and is on top extra safe for children as nothing can solve or even get swallowed. The ribbon on the tail end can get closed to a hanger. Thus, Paddy can hold either a pacifier, a toy or teething ring – or even get knotted to a playpen or stroller and thus being prevented from getting lost.
As a gift Paddy Paw brings double the joy – once while sewing and once when giving away. And to give your handmade unique lion yet that special something, you will find at the end of the tutorial a birth certificate for printing. Handed over with the present, everyone sees that the little lion is a unique friend for loving, made with love and care by hand.

Do you know this feeling when something special is created under your hands? Then it tingles in the tummy and a smile appears in your face. Especially when its one of a kind!
Because I love this feeling, I design sewing instructions in my little sewing studio. The ideas for my pieces come to me in my everyday life. Sometimes it is s a wild dragon, sometimes a practical changing bag and another time a buggy garland hops of my sewing machine. Only when working the refinements mature. If everything fits, I develop the tutorial. Step by step, I explain every detail, give additional tips and encourage variations. Numerous photos and a lovly design make each tutorial special.
