- A tapestry needle to sew up.
A lovely, snuggly cowl, with a stitch design and yarn that are reminiscent of a pebbly beach.
This is more of a funnel-neck cowl, narrower and taller. It is knitted on two needles and sewn up the back. The needles are larger than usual for the yarn, helping it to drape well around the neck. The pattern is easy, as you only need to know cast/bind on and off, knit and purl, so great for beginners and an easy knit for more experienced knitters who want to watch television or natter with friends! The pebble pattern consists of knit and purl stitches only and is easily remembered. Written in English, with British and American terms.
This tweed yarn knits up quickly and is great for yourself, or friends and family. Just right for a stroll on any beach! Matching items available to mix and match.

The Lonely Sea - Heather Corcoran
I have a bag that say ' I knit therefore I am' - sums me up perfectly! I love to knit and love to design! I have knitted for years, and made and sold literally hundreds of owl gloves and fingerless mitts on-line. About 8 years ago, I decided to give designing and writing patterns a go, and I absolutely love it! The whole process is absolutely captivating, and I love to see other knitters' projects made from my patterns. My beautiful cavvy, Honey, is my constant companion, and she sleeps next to me on the settee while I knit. You can also find me on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/thelonelyseapatterns/
