Sheepy Cardigan for Girls and Boys-detailed knitting pattern
What inspired me to make this little cardigan is the little springy lambs in the fields, playing in the sunshine. This can be for little girls or boys, it will fit sizes 22" to 24". This pattern is 4 pages with detailed pictures. It is easy enough for a beginner to do. You will need 150gms DK in main colour and 50 gms in Sheep cream colour. Also a small amount in Brown for faces and legs. Carry the yarns loosely across the back of the work. You will need to know basic intarsia. you will need 4 15mm Buttons. In the photo I have crocheted the button bands, but knitting instructions are included as well.

I am unusual in some ways. I can knit right handed and crochet left handed. The reason for this is that my mum taught me to knit when I was about 8 years old. I taught myself to crochet as a teenager and as I am naturally left handed that's what happened. I love to design and make up different patterns. I love to do colourwork with slip stitches on my knitting. With crochet I never use a pattern, it just comes out as it is. I used to have my own Craft Shops but now I work from home.
