Privacy Statement (as at March 2018)

1 – Makerist GmbH (Makerist) refers to the technical platform and the services of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ('Google+'), for the information services offered here.

2 - We would like to draw your attention to the fact, that you use this Google+ site and its features on your own responsibility. This particularly applies for the use of the interactive features (for example comment, share, evaluate).

When visiting our Google+ page, Instagram collects information from your computer or mobile device such as your IP address. This information is collected via cookies which you’ve accepted on your computer or mobile device. Google+ uses this information to provide us, as the operator of our Google+ page, with statistics on the use of our Google+ page. The data received from you in this connection are processed by Google+ and possibly transmitted to countries outside the European Union. It is unknown to us and ultimately not stated by Google+, in which ways they (Google+) use the data collected from visitors to Google+sites, to what extent activities on the Google+ site are allocated to individual users, for how long Google+ stores this data and whether or not this data is transferred to third parties when visiting the Google+ site. When you as a user access an Google+ site the IP address assigned to your computer or mobile device is transmitted to Google+. It is possible that Google+ is able to allocate IP addresses to individual users. If you are currently logged into Google+ as a user, you will find a cookie on your computer or mobile device with your Google+ identifier. Thereby Google+ is able to trace your visits to the site and how you used it. This applies for your visits to all other Google+ pages. Google+ is facilitated to record your visits on external websites via Google+ buttons that are integrated into these sites. From this data tailored content or advertisement can be offered to users based on the cookie information from their Google+ activity.

3 - If you intend to avoid this, you should log out from Google+ or to deactivate the function 'logged into', to cancel the cookies on your terminal and to quit your browser and start it again. In this way Google+ information, upon which you may directly be identified, will be deleted. Thereby you may use our Google+ site without disclosing your Google+ identifier. Should you use interactive features on the site (like, comment, share, message, etc.) a Google+ login screen appears. After a possible login you are recognisable again for Google+ as designated user.
