1- makerist GmbH (from here on 'makerist') refers to the technical platform and the services of Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA ('Instagram'), for the information services offered here.
2 - We would like to draw your attention to the fact that you alone are solely responsible for your use of Instagram. This particularly applies to the use of Instagram’s interactive features, for example comments, shares and reactions.
When you visit our Instagram page, Instagram collects information from your computer or mobile device such as your IP address. It is unknown to us and ultimately not stated by Instagarm, in which ways they (Instagarm) use the data collected from visitors to Instagarm sites, to what extent activities on the Instagarm site are allocated to individual users, for how long Instagarm stores this data and whether or not this data is transferred to third parties when visiting the Instagarm site. When you as a user access an Instagarm site the IP address assigned to your computer or mobile device is transmitted to Instagarm. It is possible that Instagarm is able to allocate IP addresses to individual users. If you are currently logged into Instagarm as a user, you will find a cookie on your computer or mobile device with your Instagarm identifier.
