Work Description
I used a stretch fabric with some structure for my version. The fabric was 10 centimeters narrower than the recommended 1.60m so I bought 10 centimeters more. After pre-washing the fabric shrunk slightly in width and slightly more in length. My version is blended between three sizes. Chest height between S-M, waist S, hip XS-S. This bodysuit is fairly easy to make. Obviously making the crotch is something you have to sit down for. The same goes for finishing the leg openings. Where the snaps have to be placed, the fabric is reinforced with 1 cm wide twill. This will prevents the snaps from coming loose. The most exciting moment is installing the snaps with a hammer. This bodysuit is a perfect addition in my wardrobe. Comfortable but also very stylish and the fit perfect due to negative ease. Perfect to wear under a jacket or cardigan. Next time I'll make some pattern alterations to create a version suitable for Spring and Summer.
