    • Pattern in metric and imperial measurements

Rich texture suggests ancient stone walls in this classic sideways-knit Hat, with a stitch pattern that lends itself well to a range of yarns, from dramatic hand-dyes to smooth solids. Just as a standard masonry pattern will yield different, but always beautiful results depending on the stone used, Muratura can be made new over and over again.

Published in 3 sizes, it can be easily adjusted for a perfect fit. Both written and charted instructions are provided, with illustrated tutorials for the special construction techniques (provisional cast-on, short rows and grafting/Kitchener stitch).

Sample shown in SnailYarn BFL Aran [181yd/160m per 100g; 100% Superwash Bluefaced Leicester]; shown in size 21in/56cm, on model with 21.5in/54.5cm circumference head

    Sizes: to fit 19 [21, 23] in/ 48.25 [53.25, 58.5] cm (Finished sizes: 15.75 [18, 20.25] in/ 40 [45.75, 51.5] cm)
