This tutorial includes the knitting pattern of 2 coordinated models.
The Little Pixie hat, a classic little hat with a touch of fantasy ... the little knot at the top.It is knitted and in one piece. For more comfort, it can also be made without seams with circular needles (instruction in pattern).
The Twisted slippers a lovely Baby booties with boot shape. The twists on the cuff ensure a good support on the foot and make the charm of the model. These slippers are knitted in one piece in Top Down.
These models are uni-sex and can be declined in all the colors according to your desires. They are part of a coordinated Baby set at the Lagoon baby jacket.
These models are made in Quality Lambswool of Phildar with needles 2,5 mm. It is knitted flat with straight needles, in garter stitch and stocking stitch for the hat and garter stitch and cables for the slippers.
These models have been knitted deliberately tighter with a yarn whose gauge is 26 m x 36 rows (= 10 x 10 cm / = 4’’ in stocking stitch with needles n°3). You can knit these models in other qualities with the gauge same.
Other yarns can be use : Quality Orient of Cheval Blanc, Quality Peques of Katia ... or yarn with a similar gauge : Rose & Lou of Plassard, Pingorex baby of Pingouin, Mérinos 2,5 or Calinou of Bergère de France.
The Little pixie hat is available in 6 sizes : new born, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months.
The twisted slippers is available in 4 sizes : new born, 3 months, 6 months and 9 months.
