For retro fans and surfers this chubby little camper van is sure to delight. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the camper van and surfboard are knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). There is no tricky colour-work to master here, if you can change colour at the end of a row to knit stripes then you can make a camper. The camper van pieces are knitted in stockinette stitch and sewn together, and the white window struts are embroidered after knitting in duplicate stitch. For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, knitting stripes, and seaming to finish.
